They’re in our communities. They’re in our companies. They’re in our churches. They’re in the news.
They can take an endless variety of forms. Some are for the better. Some, not so much.
The difference makers.
Our lives are constantly changed on a micro level, and on a macro level, by the difference makers. They lift us up or bring us down. They make our lives better or more complicated. But they are always active. They are always there.
We get very little control over many of these difference makers. But we DO get to control how we make a difference in the lives we touch.
Today, we are celebrating a few of the difference makers who make our lives better.
And we’re offering a challenge – be a difference maker in the lives you touch for the better.
Be the difference.
Community
We recently shared about DFW Non Profit Resource Group. They are a difference maker for the better. They help many organizations make a difference in their communities. By aggregating needs and those with a desire to “be the difference” they positively affect members, non-profits, and especially the community they serve.
Safety
It’s been a crazy year! Really crazy! But we forge on ahead and serve our employees, clients, and partners as we adapt to the changes. Safety is always a primary concern, but it’s even more pervasive in 2020. There are a huge variety of partners and ideas to help make our work spaces safer than ever. When you implement new and safer solutions for your workforce, you are the difference in their lives, and the lives of their families.
Flexibility
Many of our plans for 2020 have been made obsolete. In our offices, we have had to change almost every aspect of how we work together on one level or another. Of course, safety is critical, but budgets are also critical. As changes are contemplated, with the assurance of more changes ahead, flexibility will be highly important. Fortunately, there are some highly efficient and flexible solutions to alter the workspace without incurring tear-down and installation costs. Flexibility lets you be the difference today and tomorrow – and keep your sanity!
Helping the community. Helping your coworkers, clients, and partners stay safer. Staying flexible as new solutions are needed and implemented. These are all ways to “be the difference” for your community and the people you touch.
We want to ‘be the difference’ too. When you’re ready, let’s talk about any of these options to ‘be the difference’ together.
